About the retreat
For students already in the courses, or who have sat with me before. By application, because the work builds on a shared foundation.
Who it is for
Students who have completed Taoist Alchemy 1 and 2, or attended an introductory retreat and kept practising. Not sure? Write and ask.
What we will do
The method depends on the group. We settle it a few weeks before. More sitting, less talking.
