Course 1
Everyone begins with Taoist Alchemy 1: Foundation. It covers posture, breath and attention, the ground for everything after, and includes TAO Friends and TAO Talks.

Who it is for
Anyone curious. Internal alchemy is practised seated and still, but it is active work with the body's energy, not meditation as most people know it. No experience needed.
