Wang Liping, the current transmitter of the Dragon Gate lineage.
Draft, under review by Nathan. The wording may change.
One of a few longer entries. The full glossary has the rest of the terms.
Wang Liping 王力平 is the current transmitter of the Dragon Gate (Longmen) lineage, a Mountain Taoist tradition. Everything in my courses and books comes from him.
His training
His training as a boy by three Taoist masters is told in Opening the Dragon Gate, by Chen Kaiguo and Zheng Shunchao, translated by Thomas Cleary.
His teaching
He teaches internal alchemy and the five Taoist arts. The core of his system is the Yinxian Methods, Three Immortals Practice and Celestial Eye Practice. The curriculum sets it out in full.
In 2015 he authorized me to teach in the West and to write The Taoist Alchemy of Wang Liping.
